Golfing Guidelines

The General Committee (Updated 20th February 2021)

1. Prior booking is a must by WHATSAPP @ 010 3717992 or in person.
> Pre-book two days ahead (Cancellation within 24 hours)
> Pre-on the same day (No cancellation is allowed)
> No show will be fined RM50 per golfer.

2. Tee-Off Hours
Morning Session       –  start 6.30 am 
Afternoon Session    – start 11.30 am 

For Walking Golfers

   Weekdays

Morning session       –        start 6:30 am

Afternoon session    –        start 3:30 pm

   Saturday, Sunday & Public Holiday

Morning session       –        start 6:30 am

Afternoon session    –        start 4:00 pm

Must leave the golf course before 6 pm.

3. Ensure download MySejahtera application for government contact tracing.

4. Each member shall complete and submit a Health Declaration Form.

5. Temperature check will be conducted at the Club Main Gate. Golfers with any symptoms of COVID-19 (e.g temperature of > 37.5C°) will not be permitted entry.

6. Please appoint one of your flight mate to register 20 minutes before Tee off time at the registration counter to avoid unnecessary gathering.

7. Golfers responsible to carry their own golf set to the designated buggy.

8. Four (4) golfers per flight with One (1) Buggy to One (1) Golfer (Compulsory) until further notice.  Buggy charges will be RM23.85 (include 6% SST) for 9 holes and RM47.70 (include 6% SST) for 18 holes.

9. Online payments to member account are encouraged. Ensure member account have sufficient balance to swipe 1 flight’s buggy transaction.  If condition not met, the pre-book flight will be cancelled.

10. No caddy will be provided at the club.

1. Maintain social distancing (1 Meter Rule).

2. Do Not remove the flagstick. If your ball lands within the white ring, it’s considered given.

3. Rakes will be removed from the course.  Additionally, bunkers will be deemed as ‘Ground under repair’.

4. Golfers should only pick up their own ball up.

5. Discourage handshake before and after the game.

1. Do not submit physical scorecards.  Please take a picture and email the scorecards to sdkgolf178@gmail.com.

1. All golfers are must wear face mask before and after the game.

2. Usage of halfway hut toilet at Hole 7 and Hole 16 only.

MEMBERS ONLY
  1. Open daily, 6:30 AM – 8:00 PM
  2. Advance booking is compulsory at 010-3717992 before utilising the facility.
  3. Maximum number of 25 PAX occupancy at anyone time.
  4. Hand sanitizers are available at the counter.
  5. Gym Attendent will wipe out the equipment with disinfectant wipes after utilizing it.
* SOCIAL DISTANCING OF 1 METER AT ALL TIMES
  1. Open daily, 6:30 AM – 8:00 PM
  2. Advance booking is compulsory at 010-3717992 before utilising the facility.
  3. All members must wear MASK before and after swimming.
  4. Download MySejahtera application and scan QR code for contact tracing purposes.
  5. Limited usage of 1 hour per session.
  6. Maximum number of 6 members occupancy at any one time.
  7. Hand sanitizers are available at the counter.
  8. Rinse yourself before entering the pool.
  9. No sharing tower or swimming gears are allowed.
  10. Leave the pool after your session is over. Avoid unneccessary gathering.

  1. Open daily, 6:30 AM – 8:00 PM
  2. Advance booking is compulsory at 010-3717992 before utilising the facility.
  3. All members must wear MASK before and after swimming.

  5. Limited usage of 1 hour per session.
  6. One family of members is allowed per session.
  7. Hand sanitizers are available at the counter.
  8. Rinse yourself before entering the pool.
  9. No sharing tower or swimming gears are allowed.
  10. Leave the pool after your session is over. Avoid unneccessary gathering.
* SOCIAL DISTANCING OF 1 METER AT ALL TIMES
  1. Open daily, 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM
  2. Advance booking is compulsory at 010-3717992 before utilising the facility.
  3. All members must wear MASK when appropriate.
  4. Download MySejahtera application and scan QR code for contact tracing purposes.
  5. Limited usage of 2 hour per session (Members’ Corner).
  6. Maximum number of 6 members (Lounge) and 10 members (Members’ Corner) occupancy at any one time.
  7. Hand sanitizers are available at the counter.
